Specifications:
The HACKER Hurricane comes with 1200mm wingspan and measures 1030mm in length, providing good stability reinforced with carbon fiber rods. The factory weight of approximately 930g ensures a perfect balance between durability and agility.
Equiped with DJI full size Airunit and camera in combination with a PAN servo as well as FPV-Combat System I reached a weight including battery of 1300g.
Ease of Assembly:
One of the standout features of the HACKER Hurricane is its user-friendly assembly process. The detailed construction manual provided by the company proved to be good resource, guiding me seamlessly through each step. The precision in the design and clarity in the instructions with pictures for nearly every step made the building experience a breeze, even for those new to the world of RC planes. On some of the steps a little bit more explanation would help total beginners.
Customization and Upgrades:
I opted to enhance my flying experience by installing FPV (First Person View) equipment on the Hurricane, as well as an FPV-Combat System to do Laser-Tag Like Aircombat with my buddies. See video on YouTube.
The space within the fuselage is a bit thin to house the Airunit but with a sharp knife I could accommodated these upgrades.

Next to the really detailed design in aspects of paint-scheme- all the lines and camo is there! - perhaps the most impressive aspect of the Kit is its really good out-of-the-box performance. The plane exhibited superb stability and responsiveness during its maiden flight, requiring no additional tuning. This ensures a hassle-free experience for pilots eager to take to the skies immediately.
Future Testing at FPV-Combat World Championship:
Excitement is building as I plan to put the HACKER Hurricane to the ultimate test at this year's FPV-Combat World Championship. The plane's performance straight out of the box instills confidence, and I am eager to showcase its capabilities in a competitive environment.
